Large bunkers on both LHS and RHS of tee require an accurate drive into a narrow opening with a long approach into a multi tiered green with a straight shot or draw the ideal shape off the tee. Short approaches will catch a bunker on RHS or run off into swales. Front pins have a small landing area, and short approaches into back pins must contend with difficult first putts. The most difficult hole on the course for good reason.
