CONCRETE SOLUTIONS 2003 LIMITED

Canterbury owned and operated Concrete Solutions 2003 Ltd have a thirst for new challenges and have flourished over the last 15 years as they’ve taken on one major project after another. Directors John Blease and Jon Schrafft have been in partnership together since 2003, between them they have 40 plus years’ experience. Both directors are passionate about the work they undertake, and oversee each job from start to finish. John and Jon started their business working from a small office at home, with only two vehicles. They used sub-contractors for earthworks and other jobs. Fast forward to today and they’ve moved into a new office, with a full time administration manager, two hands-on directors, two crews for construction, prep and placing; plus a project manager and a quantity surveyor / estimator. They currently have two trucks, two excavators and other fully equipped vehicles for their day to day operations. All their staff are Site Safe approved, and the company has achieved Green Status with SiteWise. Health and Safety and environmental controls are paramount for the company which was reflected by receiving a Health and Safety Excellence Award from Southern Response in 2015. They are also members of the New Zealand Concrete Contractors Association. Concrete Solutions 2003 Ltd can take care of all aspects of concrete work from start to finish, including the removal of existing concrete when required, excavation, boxing, prepping, placing, finishing and sealing.
 

Finishes include exposed aggregate, plain, coloured or stamped slate and floor slabs for all residential and commercial jobs. Concrete Solutions 2003 Ltd can supply the latest technology and colour in decorative finishes, with approved sub-contractors to undertake concrete resurfacing, grinding and asphalt if required. They are constantly working with their clients to ensure they achieve the desired results. They come highly recommended by a number of companies, which they now have a successful working relationship with. Clients include major and minor building companies and they also work with landscape architects, private residential owners and have been heavily involved in the Canterbury rebuild. They have recently completed a number of major projects within the Christchurch region. They are continually looking for new challenges and bigger projects.
